Kulfi has been a beloved Indian dessert for centuries — born in the courts of the Mughals and perfected in the kitchens of grandmothers. Whole milk is patiently simmered for hours until it deepens into something rich, creamy and unmistakably nostalgic.
Our family began making kulfi in 1975. Three generations later, we still use the same slow process, the same handpicked saffron, and the same love that started it all.
